La sostenibilitat s&#8217;ha incl\u00f2s en els criteris integrals de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la utilitzaci\u00f3 de productes frescos, de proximitat, ecol\u00f2gics i de temporada, afavorint aix\u00ed l&#8217;economia local i el medi ambient.
